12-week and 24–week Total Health Program Intensives combine nutrition services and guidance along with customized strength and cardiovascular training to achieve fast, efficient weight loss, lean muscle tone and overall health and well-being.

Through a brief tutorial about food to sustainable menu planning, Anatomie helps integrate realistic nutrition changes into daily life.  

Group Fitness Classes provide the opportunity for high-intensity cardiovascular classes to offset other workouts you may be participating in.  These classes are designed to be difficult and challenging.  We utilize many different techniques to strengthen your abdominal core, build on your cardiovascular ability, enhance your muscular and neural strength, improve balance, stability, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. 

Monitoring Progress & Measuring Results provides tangible evidence of what is and isn’t working in full-body workouts, cardio exercise and wholesome nutrition activities, and allows the customization of fitness and lifestyle regimens to maximize efforts toward optimal health and well-being.
