Maximum Heart Rate Stress Testing measures maximum heart rate attained during all-out effort which establishes heart rate zones to be targeted during cardiovascular activity. Anatomie uses these testing results to design cardio activities that ensure effective and efficient progress toward meeting personal fitness goals.
Postural Assessment & Movement Analysis measures overall strength level, muscle fatigue threshold, abdominal core strength and upper and lower body stability. This testing identifies which areas are getting stronger and which areas may need more attention. It also identifies which muscles, tendons and ligaments need stretching and strengthening for life-long functionality.
