30-Minutes Per Workout – Because full-fatigue, high-intensity strength training requires hard effort on every exercise set, no more than 30 minutes per workout is usually recommended. Strength and endurance capacity are developed not during the training session but rather during the rest phase, when muscle tissue regenerates and grows stronger.
